7-Day Return Policy
Australia Barcode System offers a 7-day return policy from the date of receiving your item, subject to our return criteria. Please note that you must cover the postage fees both ways.
Return Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all manuals and packaging intact. The product box must be undamaged, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, including software, pre-ordered items, labels, and consumables such as printheads. For specific inquiries regarding return eligibility, please contact us.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at sales@australiabarcodesystem.com or call us at 1300 070 999. Upon return approval, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Issues & Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are committed to promptly resolving any issues.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. Once our customer service team reviews your case, we will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the returned product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
